AMPIVIEW™ POLYVIEW® PLUS (anti-r) AP-Red Kit is intended for AMPIVIEW™ RNA probes ISH staining. The kit is a nanopolymer detection system, combined with DIGX® rabbit anti-digoxigenin, is suitable for the detection of nucleic acid in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue specimens.
High-risk HPV detected (red) with AMPIVIEW HPV High-Risk RNA probes developed with POLYVIEW PLUS AP (anti-rabbit) and HIGHDEF Red AP chromogen/substrate.

The POLYVIEW® PLUS (anti-r) AP-Red Kit contains POLYVIEW® PLUS AP (anti-r) Reagent that has been developed by directly labeling anti-mouse immunoglobulins with enzymes using a proprietary tandem hyper-labeling technology in ready-to-use format. This ensures consistent and reproducible immunodetection of mouse antibodies against nuclear, cytoplasmic and membrane antigens in different types of tissues. POLYVIEW® PLUS AP(Anti-rabbit) Reagent allows faster staining procedures as compared to traditional two-step methods using biotin and avidin/streptavidin conjugates, with significantly lower background.
