Automated Extraction, PCR Set up, and Real Time PCR Detection
Our GENFLEX® Molecular System is a high-throughput, automated, and scalable instrument for easy and accurate processing of common molecular diagnostic tests within a clinical production setting. It combines nucleic acid extraction and PCR set-up with qPCR amplification and detection procedures providing efficient and reliable testing results. Designed to be open, our GENFLEX® is adaptable to different qPCR technologies, including our proprietary AMPIPROBE® and TaqMan®, as well as assays and reagents from third party vendors. This provides a flexible, yet accurate, approach enabling our customers to run ready-to-use assays or to develop their own Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs).
