AMPIVIEW™ HPV 16/18 RNA probes is a mixture of digoxigenin-labeled probes targeting HPV type 16 and HPV type 18 for in situ hybridization. The probes are formulated in a buffered formamide solution with hybridization enhancers.
HPV infected cervical tissue is positive for HPV 16/18 (blue) detected with AMPIVIEW™ HPV 16/18 (ENZ-GEN146)
Normal cervical tissue is negative for HPV 16/18. No signal detected with AMPIVIEW™ HPV 16/18 (ENZ-GEN146)

AMPIVIEW™ HPV 16/18 RNA probes have been designed to target the human papillomavirus (HPV) type 16 and type 18 for its detection in tissues and cells. AMPIVIEW™ HPV16/18 RNA probes have been labeled with digoxigenin and have been optimized to produce clear results with Enzo's nanopolymer-based detection system, POLYVIEW® Plus, DIGX® anti-digoxigenin linker and, high-quality chromogens and counterstains, HIGHDEF® to produce clear results that can be visualized with a light microscope.
Upon receipt, aliquot and store at -20ºC. For long-term storage, you can store at -80ºC. Under these conditions, these products are stable until the expiration date.
