We’ve put together the following overview to help answer any queries you may have as we transition to our comprehensive new website.

Browsing for products
Q: Can I still locate products using original BIOMOL product codes? A: Yes. Although please note that all BIOMOL product codes now contain a BML- prefix. You can search with or without this prefix.
Q: Will BIOMOL products still have the same names? A: In most cases, yes, although as part of our ongoing improvements, we will change product names from time to time. Please contact our technical service if you cannot find the product you are looking for.
Q: Have you removed any BIOMOL products? A: No, but in some cases we may have replaced a BIOMOL product with an equivalent from one of our other brands. If you are searching by product code and a product has been replaced, you will be automatically redirected to the relevant page.

My account, order history and online ordering
Q: I had an account on biomol.com, do I need to set up a new one on the new site? A: No. For your convenience, we have imported your account and login details so that you can place orders on the new site without having to re-register.
Q: Can I still find my order history? A: Yes. We have retained this feature as part of your account import.
Q: Is online ordering secure on the new site? A: Yes. Our credit card handling functionality has been built to the latest industry standards, meaning that you can purchase with complete confidence.
