Recommended Dilutions/Conditions: | Immunohistochemistry: Use 1:10-1:20 dilution for staining of paraformaldehyde (4%) fixed cytospin preparations and frozen tissue sections. Apply the following pretreatment: 10 min in 20mM glycine in PBS (pH 7.5) and 10 min in 6N guanidine hydrochloride in 50mM TRIS-HCl (pH 7.5); Schroeijers et al., (2000). Western Blot: Use 1:10-1:20 dilution (ECL) Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications. Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application. |
