Method: 60ng/ml rmsSuperKillerTRAIL™ (Prod. No. ALX-201-130) were pre-incubated for 30 minutes at room temperature with the indicated concentration of recombinant mTRAIL-R2:Fc. (Prod. No. ALX-522-067). Human BJAB target cells (50,000 cells in 100µl RPMI medium containing 10% fetal calf serum) were then added and incubated O/N at 37°C in a 96 well plate. Cell viability was determined using a PMS/MTS-based cell proliferation assay test. % of apoptosis inhibition was calculated based on the OD measured at 490nm (OD measured with rmsSuperKillerTRAIL™-treated dead cells in the absence of mTRAIL-R2:Fc: 0% inhibition. OD measured in the presence of mTRAIL-R2:Fc leading to complete inhibition of apoptosis: 100% inhibition).
