Method: Rat TART-gp34 cells (5x10
5) expressing surface mouse OX40L vector (thick line) or TART-1 parental cells (dotted line), were incubated on ice for 30 min. in 50µl FACS buffer (PBS, 5% fetal calf serum, 0.02% azide) containing 1µg/ml of MAb to CD134L (mouse) (blocking) (MGP34).
