AMPIGENE® qPCR Probe Mixes use the latest developments in polymerase technology and buffer chemistry to deliver high performing probe-based real-time PCR with minimal optimization.
AMPIGENE® qPCR Probe Mixes are designed for use on a variety of probes including: Taqman ®, Molecular Beacons ®, and Scorpion probes ®.
An optimized buffer system allows efficient amplification and proprietary enhancers prevent the formation of primers/dimers to increase sensitivity and specificity.
ROX is a reference dye which is used to normalize fluorescent signal in qPCR. AMPIGENE® qPCR Probe Mixes come with either Lo-ROX, Hi-ROX, or No-ROX concentration. For Hi-ROX and No-ROX, see Prod. Nos. ENZ-NUC106 and ENZ-NUC107. Choose the appropriate ROX concentration for the instrument (see instrument compatibility for reference dye chart below.)
