Specificity:Recognizes the pThr-Glu-pTyr motif of activated ERK1 and ERK2. Requires phosphorylation both at the threonine and the tyrosine site and does not cross-react with the non-phosphorylated form of the protein.
Crossreactivity:Does not cross-react with activated JNK or p38.
