SH3 binding sequence of guanine nucleotide exchange factor hSOS which is a ligand for the adaptor protein Grb2 SH3 domain. Blocks SOS/Grb2 interaction and thereby prevents Ras activation via receptor protein tyrosine kinases. Km=5.6 µM for N-terminal SH3 of Grb2.
