Product Details

Alternative Name:RyR

Clone:34C

Host:Mouse

Isotype:IgG1

Immunogen:Partially purified chicken pectoral muscle RyR (ryanodine receptor).

UniProt ID:Q90984

Species reactivity:Human, Mouse, Rat
Amphibian, Bovine, Dog, Fish, Mink, Monkey, Rabbit, Sheep

Specificity:Recognizes RyR-1 and RyR-2 isoforms. In chicken, it detects the α, β and cardiac isoforms; in frog the α and β isoforms; and in fish the α isoform. Also recognizes RyR-3 in mouse cells.

Applications:ICC, IHC (FS), IP, WB

Recommended Dilutions/Conditions:Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections, 1:1,000)
Western Blot (1:5,000)
Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications.
Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.

Application Notes:Detects a band of ~565kDa by Western blot, representing RyR from rat skeletal muscle extracts. In non-mammalian vertebrates, a doublet is seen at 565kDa, representing the α and β isoforms.

Formulation:Liquid. Contains 0.05% sodium azide.

Handling:Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.

Shipping:Blue Ice

Long Term Storage:-20°C
