PBS concentrate, (120 ml)

This PBS concentrate is a general all-purpose buffer specifically designed for use with the IMMUNOSET^® products. Each bottle is sufficient for use with 5x96 wells microtiter plates if following the instructions in our IMMUNOSET^® protocol. The PBS concentrate may be diluted and easily modified by the addition of BSA and Tween-20, as appropriate, to create the plate coating buffer, blocking buffer, and wash solution, in addition to creating the standard and sample diluent. Solutions of BSA and Tween are also available (Prod. No. ADI-80-1928 and ADI-80-1929, respectively). Additional assay development reagents are available as companion products to our IMMUNOSET^® products.
