Q: Can I locate products using original Assay Designs product codes?
A: Yes. Although please note that all Assay Designs and Stressgen product codes now contain an ADI- prefix. You can search with or without this prefix.


Q: Will Assay Designs products still have the same names?
A: In most cases, yes, although as part of our ongoing improvements, we will change product names from time to time. Please contact our technical service if you cannot find the product you are looking for.


Q: Have you removed any Assay Designs products?
A: Yes. Some Assay Designs and Stressgen brand products have been replaced with an equivalent from another ELS brand. If you are searching by product code and a product has been replaced, you will be automatically redirected to the relevant page.


Q: Do you still sell MultiBead™ products?
A: Yes. Due to the highly customizable nature of the MultiBead product line, all MultiBead product sales are now available through Enzo custom services. MultiBead product information can be found in the custom services section of the website. Simply submit a quote request form or contact your local sales office to request a MultiBead quote.


Q: Are BioPorto products available through Enzo?
A: Yes. BioPorto Diagnostics products are still available through Enzo Life Sciences. Please note these product codes contain the BPD-prefix. You can search with or without this prefix.


Q.  Are Abnova products available through Enzo?
A.  No.  Abnova products are no longer sold by Assay Designs, and will not be available through Enzo Life Sciences.

Q: I had an account on assaydesigns.com.  Will I need to set up a new one on the Enzo Life Sciences site?
A: No. For your convenience, we have imported your account and login details so that you can place orders on the new site without having to re-register.  Simply log in using your registered e-mail address and system password.   


Q: Can I still find my order history?
A: Yes. We have retained this feature as part of your account import.


Q: Is online ordering secure on the new site?
A: Yes. Our credit card handling functionality has been built to the latest industry standards, meaning that you can purchase with complete confidence. 

Q. Can I still order through my same distributor?  
A.  If you are an international customer, your distributor may or may not have changed.  Although some Assay Designs distributor relationships were discontinued, many were already Enzo Life Sciences distributors, and others have now become Enzo Life Sciences distributors.  Please check the complete list of our distribution partners to locate a distributor in your country.  

NOTE:  Customers in Germany may continue to order Assay Designs and Stressgen products through Biomol (www.Biomol.de) through September 30, 2010.

Q.  Where did the citation database go? 
A. The searchable citation database for the new website is still under development. Citation information for a given product can be found on the product page under “Product Specific Literature References.” If you need additional information about citations for a product, please contact Technical Support.
