This sequence, DADEpYLIPQQG, is from an autophosphorylation site (Tyr⁹⁹²) of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). An excellent substrate for mammalian PTP1B with K_m=3.9 µM ) and Yersinia PTPase. May be used in non-radioactive phosphatase assays incorporating the BIOMOL GREEN^TM reagent.
