At Enzo, Allison is a member of the tech support team. She supports customers over the phone and by email for all of their technical needs by providing product information and troubleshooting advice. She also provides sales quotes for customers, assists with technical writing for use on Enzo’s website and searches for product specific literature on a daily basis.
