Recommended Dilutions/Conditions:Flow Cytometry (1-2µg/ml)
Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications.
Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.

Application Notes:APO-1-1 (IgG1) is an isotype-switch variant of the original clone APO-1-3 (ALX-805-020). Since undesired side reactions in immunohistochemistry are minimal for IgG1 antibodies, APO-1-1 is especially useful for immunohistology on cryostat sections and on cytospin preparations.
Not suitable for stainings on paraffin sections.
Functional Application: Induces apoptosis upon cross-linking.

Formulation:Liquid. In PBS, pH 7.2-7.4.

Handling:Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. After opening, prepare aliquots and store at -20°C.

Shipping:Blue Ice
