Figure: Detection of endogenous human RIP2 in different human cell lines by the MAb to RIP2 (Nick-1) (Prod. No. ALX-804-139). Method: Total cell extracts (50µg) from Jurkat (lane1), THP-1 (lane 2) and HT1080 (lane 3) cell ljnes were run on a SDS-gel, and revealed with MAb to RIP2 (Nick-1) (1:1’000 in 5% milk powder) for 1 hour at rooom temperature followed by incubation with HRP-coupled anti-rat secondary antibody (1:4’000)."
