Optimized buffer system for efficient amplification
Enhancers and stabilizers improve reaction sensitivity and specificity
AMPIGENE® qPCR Green Mixes use the latest developments in polymerase technology and buffer chemistry to deliver high performing dye-based real-time PCR with minimal optimization. AMPIGENE® qPCR Green Mixes use a proprietary intercalating dye that does not inhibit PCR. An optimized buffer system allows efficient amplification and proprietary enhancers prevent the formation of primers/dimers to increase sensitivity and specificity. ROX is a reference dye which is used to normalize fluorescent signal in qPCR. AMPIGENE® qPCR Green Mixes come with either Lo-ROX or Hi-ROX concentration. For Hi-ROX, see Prod. No. ENZ-NUC104. Choose the appropriate ROX concentration for the instrument (see instrument compatibility for reference dye chart below.)
