The CA-125 antibody can be used to qualitatively identify the presence of CA-125 protein in FFPE tissue sections using IHC test methods.
For IHC applications: Dilute the concentrate as appropriate in antibody diluent, and then apply 150 µL to the slide, as indicated in the user's IHC protocol.

CA-125 is a key marker for ovarian carcinomas. It reacts with a majority of epithelial ovarian neoplasms of various types including serous, endometrioid, clear cell and undifferentiated but is also found in other neoplasms.

Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded endometrial tissue stained using Enzo’s CA-125 antibody (Prod. No. ENZ-ABS775). IHC staining was performed on an automated Leica BOND III.
