Immunogen:Sonicated human alveolar macrophages.
Source:Purified from hybridoma tissue culture supernatant.
Species reactivity:Human
Specificity:Recognizes fixed macrophages such as "tingible macrophages", interdigitating macrophages of lymph nodes or tissue macrophages.
Crossreactivity:Cross-reacts with a subpopulation of endothelial cells including those of capillaries and smaller blood vessels.
Applications:IHC (PS)
Recommended Dilutions/Conditions:Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections; this antibody can be used for staining of paraffin-embedded tissue sections fixed in neutral buffered formalin and is compatible with most commonly used histological fixatives. Choose a good quality enzyme-linked anti-mouse IgM antibody for detection). Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications. Optimal conditions must be determined individually.
