Recommended Dilutions/Conditions:Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections; this antibody can be used for staining of paraffin-embedded tissue sections fixed in neutral buffered formalin and is compatible with most commonly used histological fixatives. Choose a good quality enzyme-linked anti-mouse IgG1 antibody for detection). Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications. Optimal conditions must be determined individually.
