Cell-permeable compound that disrupts Wnt signaling by binding to the PDZ domain of dishevelled (Kd=10.6 µM). Blocked Wnt3a-induced transcription activity and was able to supress the Wnt pathway-dependent growth of prostate cancer PC-3 cells (IC50=12.5 µM). BML-286 was also capable of supressing Wnt signaling in vivo (Xenopus embryo and mouse hyaloids vessel system).
