Marine natural product from the sea hare Dolabella auricularia. Noncompetitively inhibits binding of vincristine to tubulin but has been shown to bind to the RZX/MAY region. Inhibits microtubule assembly and induces apoptosis and Bcl-2 phosphorylation in several malignant cell types.
