PARP (poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase) (from bovine thymus) in SDS-PAGE sample buffer. Useful as a Western blotting control for PARP antibodies (BML-SA249, BML-SA250, and BML-SA253). A band with MW=116 kDa, which represents intact PARP, is detected by Western blotting. The product is ready-to-use for SDS-PAGE. Use approximately 10 µl sample per lane.
