Immunohistochemistry analysis of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded rat midbrain tissue was probed using heat-induced epitope retrieval. Immunostaining was performed using a 1:1000 dilution of Prod. No. BML-SA684, Vesicular acetylcholine transporter, pAb. Reactivity was detected using an Anti-Goat secondary antibody and HRP-DAB. Positive punctate membrane staining was observed in neurons of rat midbrain tissue.
