This peptide, biotin-HMRSAMpSGLHLVKRR, contains a biotin group at its amino terminus and a phospho-serine. It is derived from rat acetyl-CoA carboxylase. It may be used as a control peptide for unphosphorylated SAMS Peptide (Prod. No. BML-P231 and BML-P232). The biotin allows peptide to be used in kinase assays with streptavidin-bound membranes.
