Batrachotoxin is a potent neurotoxin and cardiotoxin found in the skin of various poisonous frogs. BTX binds specifically to voltage-gated Na+ channels causing steady state activation, preventing all forms of inactivation, slowing deactivation and altering ion selectivity.
Use extreme caution! May cause death.
