Appearance:Two tablets
Solubility:Soluble in aqueous buffers, or add directly to extraction media. Alternatively, prepare 7X stock solutions in 1.5ml water or 100mM phosphate buffer, pH 7.0.
Application Notes:Mixture of several protease inhibitors. For the inhibition of serine, cysteine, but not metalloproteases, and protects proteins isolated from animal tissues, plants, yeast and bacteria. 1 tablet contains protease inhibitors sufficient for a 10 ml cell extract.

Use/Stability:The tablets are stable at +4°C, stored dry. The stock solution is stable for one to two weeks at +4°C, or at least 12 weeks at -20°C.
