The sHLA-G ELISA kit is a complete assay for the quantitative determination of soluble human HLA-G (leukocyte antigen-G) levels. This kit is to be used with EDTA plasma, amniotic fluid, and cell culture supernatant from human origin. The sHLA-G ELISA has strong cross-reactivity with bovine, dog, goat, monkey, rabbit and sheep HLA-G and weak cross-reactivity with cat HLA-G.
