Specificity:Recognizes denatured heavy chain of human HLA-E. Specificity was confirmed on HLA-G/HLA-E Workshop (Victoria 2002).
Crossreactivity:Does not cross-react with HLA-A, -B, -C or -G.

Recommended Dilutions/Conditions:Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections, recommended starting dilution is 5-10µg/ml; heat antigen retrieval (sodium citrate); incubate 1 hour at room temperature; detection DAB)
