Method: Established melanoma cells (105) were incubated on ice for 30 minutes with 2.5µg/ml of an isotype control (Figure A) or with 2.5µg/ml of MAb to HVEM (human) (Laury-1) (Figure B). The primary antibody was revealed with PAb to Rat IgG (FITC) and then analyzed by Flow Cytometry. The GMFI (geometric mean of fluorescence intensity) is shown.
