Figure: Detection of PARP-10 using PARP-10 (human), mAb (5H11) (Prod. No. ALX-804-626) Method: HEK293 cells were transfected with a CMV-PARP10 or CMV vector (control). Frackelton extracts were used for Western blotting. The signal was detected using anti-rat-HRP and enhanced chemiluminescence.
