| Recommended Dilutions/Conditions: | Western Blot (1µg/ml for HRPO/ECL detection; recommended blocking buffer BPPT: 2x PBS 3% (w/v) BSA, 1% (w/v) PEG 4,000, 1% (w/v) polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.1% (v/v) Tween 20. Do not use milk/casein for blocking and dilution! Replace by BSA!)
