Recommended Dilutions/Conditions:Immunocytochemistry (1:100)
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections, 1:200)
Western Blot (1:1,000). Do not use with diluents containing glycosylated proteins
Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications.
Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
 
Application Notes:Detects bands of ~210, ~180, ~145, ~100, ~63, ~58, ~54 and ~45kDa by Western blot.
