Figure: Western Blot of endogenous Vaccinia-related Kinase 1 (VRK1) (human) by the MAb to VRK1(1F6) (Prod. No.
ALX-803-321).
Method: Total cell extracts (10µg) of human embryo kidney 293 (HEK293) (lane 1) and HeLa (lane 2) cell lines were run on a SDS-gel, and revealed with MAb to VRK1(1F6) (1:1’000) for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with HRP-coupled goat-anti mouse antibody (1:4’000). The arrow indicates endogenous VRK1. "
