Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections, paraffin sections): Use 1:20 on acetone fixed frozen sections followed by incubation with biotin-labelled rabbit anti-rat IgG and HRP-labelled streptavidin., Western Blot: Use 1:20-1:50 dilution and HRP-labelled anti-rat IgG.
Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications. Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
