Specificity:Recognizes an internal epitope (P110) of human MVP/LRP, which is overexpressed in various human non-P-glycoprotein MDR tumor cell lines.
Applications:Flow Cytometry, ICC, IHC (FS), IHC (PS)
Recommended Dilutions/Conditions:Recommended starting dilution is 1:20. Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications. Optimal should be determined individually for each application.

Immunocytochemistry: cytospin preparations
Positive Control:Cell lines: Appropriate drug-sensitive parental cell lines and their multdrug resistant derivatives prepared by the same methods as the test specimens should be used as control materials.
Tissue: Human colon, kidney, bronchus or adrenal are recommended.
