Protocol:Recommendations on application (Cuvette Experiments)
- Prepare a 100mM stock solution by adding 20µl of DMSO to 1µmol of inositol product.
- In a fresh vial mix 1µl of the stock solution and 2µl of Pluronic® as supplied.
- Add 500µl of your cell suspension and mix carefully.
- Add this mixture to the remaining cell suspension (~500µl) and mix carefully.
Note: Cell suspension should not contain more than 1% of DMSO.
