Pannexin-1 (human) polyclonal antibody (AT124) Western blot
Figure: Western blot detection of human Pannexin-1 by PAb to Pannexin-1 (human) (AT124) (Prod. No ALX-210-949). Method: Cell extracts of HEK 293T mock-transfected (lane 1) or transfected with an expression vector encoding for human Pannexin-1 (lane 2) were run on a SDS-PAGE gel and analyzed by Western blot. After transfer, the nitrocellulose membrane was probed with PAb to Pannexin-1 (human) (AT124) at 1:1’000 for 1 hour at room temperature, and then incubated with an anti-rabbit horseradish peroxydase (1:4’000).
