Recommended Dilutions/Conditions: | Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin sections, 5-10µg/ml) Western Blot (5-10µg/ml) Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications. Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application. |
Application Notes: | Does not inhibit N-cadherin dependent cell-cell contact. |

Formulation: | Lyophilized from 10mM PBS, pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA. Does not contain preservatives. |
Reconstitution: | Reconstitute with 200µl distilled water. TBS should be used for dilution as PBS may cause precipitation. Dilute with 20mM TBS, pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide and 10mM calcium chloride. In case of immunohistochemistry on paraffin or frozen sections, Ca2+ is not necessary. |
