Formulation:Liquid. In 50mM K-PO4 buffer, pH 7.5, containing 50mM potassium chloride, 0.1% Triton-x 100, 10% glycerol and 1mM DTT, 10mM β-Mercaptoethanol.
Purity Detail:Purified by substrate chromatography. The enzyme is composed of two major bands at 74kDa and 59kDa.
Specific Activity:~20’000U/mg protein. 1U is defined as the amount of enzyme that hydrolyzes 1nmol of poly(ADP-ribose) per min. at 37°C.
