Therapeutics: Leading the development of medicines based on
genetic and immune regulation to combat infectious diseases,
autoimmune-based diseases and cancers.
Enzo Therapeutics is a growing and expanding biotechnology
company, currently conducting research that is on the forefront
of several fields of medical science. Enzo Therapeutics is
developing new products and therapies based on three separate
technology platforms for the treatment of a variety of diseases
and disorders.
Gene Regulation
Immune Regulation
Gene Editing
In the field of gene regulation Enzo Therapeutics
has developed novel methods and materials that are currently
being used in clinical trials for the management of HIV-1
infection. Immune regulation involves the management of
adverse immune reactions in which clinical trials are being
conducted for the treatment of chronic active hepatitis
associated with hepatitis B and hepatitis C viruses and
autoimmune disorders such as Crohn's disease. The third
field is the process of gene editing to correct inborn errors
of metabolism, such as Sickle Cell Anemia and is currently
in the preclinical phase.
