Little or no apoptosis observed or detected

• None or few apoptotic cells present in sample >> Use the Apoptosis Inducer, provided in the kit, as a positive control to induce apoptosis and optimize the Inducer concentration and time of treatment.
• Incorrect buffer used during sample processing >> Calcium and magnesium ions are required for binding of the Apoptosis Detection Reagent to PS.  Binding is reversible, so divalent cations must be present throughout the entire assay. Use the Binding Buffer provided in the kits.
