At Enzo, Rebecca works on the technical support team to guide and assist customers with inquiries and troubleshooting over the phone and email. She is the lead for the Axxora platform, an online product marketplace, associated with the Enzo family. She also works with the marketing team to keep the customer interface updated, keep product literature citations current, and provide a seamless experience for all viewers.
