At Enzo, Brian works on the technical support team providing answers to technical inquiries and troubleshooting suggestions via phone and email for our end-users using our products in their experiments. He is one of two members in his department that works with the Axxora Platform, Enzo’s online product marketplace, making sure that our vendors’ pricing is being represented up-to-date and uploading new products from our vendors’ on Axxora’s webpage. In addition, he assists the marketing team with writing marketing collateral and keeping our product literature citations current. He also provides assistance to our sales team by providing our academic end-users in Western United States, Canada and Latin America with sales quotes and traveling to meet with academic accounts at trade/vendor shows.
Before Enzo, Brian was a NCAA Division 1 student-athlete for Binghamton University where he completed a BS in Neuroscience and a MA in Biological Sciences under Dr. Sandra Michael. His previous experience includes working as a lab instructor for the introductory molecular biology lab at his university while working at a local hospital in the Binghamton area.
