Sample preparation: buffer with laurylmaltoside, 2x non-reducing SDS. Application note: non-reducing conditions. SDS-PAGE (6% separating gel)) Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications. Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
