Immunohistochemistry staining of human lung tumor tissue using Caspase-1, pAb (Prod. no. ALX-210-804) at a 1:50 dilution showed positive staining in both cytoplasm and nucleus of lung epithelial cells. Images were taken at magnification of 20 x (A) and 63 x (B).
