GPCRs & G-Proteins

G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs, seven transmembrane receptors, 7TM receptors) form the largest group of transmembrane receptors and bind to a wide variety of ligands including ions, amino acids, peptides, lipids and nucleotides. Agonists and antagonists from each of these classes are available individually or in our Screen-Well^TM compound libraries. In addition, GPCR expression can be determined with our highly characterized GPCR antibodies. For G protein signaling, we offer GDP-GTP analogs, G protein antibodies, ADP-ribosylation products, and reagents for lipid modification of G proteins.
