Enzo Life Sciences offers an epigenetics product line with a focus on the enzymology of post-translational lysine modifications. The Fluor de Lys^® deacetylase assay platform has revolutionized assay of HDACs and sirtuins. Our recombinant HDACs, sirtuins, HATs, methyltransferases and demethylases are highly active and available separately, in drug discovery kits and in bulk quantities. In addition, many selective inhibitors and histone modification-specific antibodies allow characterization of the role of epigenetic modifications in biology and disease.
