Enzo Life Sciences offers a number of cell-based assays that provide microplate assessment of live cell responses to drug candidates including cell viability, cell proliferation/cytotoxicity, lysosome expansion and mitochondrial activity.
Mito-ID™ and Lyso-ID™ fluorescent dyes are second generation organelle-targeting probes that allow detection and quantitation of live cell responses to drug candidates, including changes in mitochondrial permeability or phospholipidosis and autophagy, respectively. Microplate detection provides an in vitro, high-throughput means for preliminary safety assessment of leads.
In addition, many solutions for apoptosis detection, cell viability assessment and cytochrome P450 profiling are available to facilitate the early toxicity assessment of your leads.
